Qurban Campaign

The Qurban Campaign has been running with great success at the Eastmeadows campus with teachers and students all engaged in various fundraising efforts and activities.

Year 7 students and teachers organised a doner stall on the 7th of August 2019 to allow students and staff to enjoy a delicious lunch. The stall was a favourite for many and much-needed funds were raised to support the hunger relief focused Qurban Appeal of the Australian Relief Organisation (ARO).

Moreover, Year 7 students had a lot of fun preparing the cake stalls since the beginning of the term and serving their keen peers and enhancing their culinary, communication and customer service skills along the way. Well done dear girls!

I would like to thank all Year 7 students who took part in this good cause. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Areeka Shakeel and Aamina Amir from 7A who brought delicious cakes, brownies and cupcakes every single Friday since Week 1 and sold them steadily. Your efforts are much appreciated, girls.
